At Instant PCs, we are confident with the quality of our custom PCs. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us, and so we offer a comprehensive warranty program that will protect your investment. 

Our 2 Year Warranty comes with full protection to any damages that may happen from shipping, and during the three years.

Buyer must pay for Return Shipping after the first 30 days. We’ll cover shipping the PC back to you.

We will Replace any parts that are defective, and cover the labor involved in repairing the PC.

 

The timeframe we give our customers is an estimate for how long your PC should take to arrive. If it is taking longer this is likely due to part shortages or if the team needed to turn their focus.

Yes, many of our partners have discount codes, you can visit our partners  and use their discount code at checkout.

 

Yes, if you purchase a PC from us we pre-optimize each PC before shipping.

“Prebuilt” on our website refers to pre-configured build specifications setup by the Instant PC team. The prebuilt computers still need to be assembled by our team and will follow the same wait time as custom-built options.

 
Yes! We will ship to any country. If you have concerns about us not being able to ship from the U.S. to your country, please reach out to us!
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is a $50 Cancellation/Refund Fee. This applies to cancellations before the PC is built and/or shipped, as well as PCs that have been shipped and/or delivered.

The payment processing fee is non-refundable.
Please note that the processing fee may vary depending on the selected payment method (Stripe or Affirm) during purchase.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement.
