Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after the PC delivers. If 30 days have passed since the PC’s delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If your PC has not yet been shipped or falls within the 30-day period, you are eligible for an outbound refund. However, please note that once your PC has been shipped and exceeds the 30-day period, outbound shipping, refunds and returns are no longer applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only a partial refund may be issued if the PC is damaged. We reserve the right to determine the value of the product based on the quality/damage of the item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is a $50 Cancellation/Refund Fee. This applies to cancellations before the PC is built and/or shipped, as well as PCs that have been shipped and/or delivered.
The payment processing fee is non-refundable.
Please note that the processing fee may vary depending on the selected payment method during purchase.
Late or missing refunds Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

Ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit. You are responsible for packaging the item securely to prevent damage. In the event that the product is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, you will be responsible for any associated repair or replacement costs.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, we will provide a return label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
